At GOOD POINT EVENTS ORGANIZING & MANAGING EST, we strive to deliver outstanding experiences. However, we understand that plans may change. Please review our refund and returns policy below:

Event Services

  • Cancellations made 14+ days prior to the event date are eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 7–13 days are eligible for a 50% refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are non-refundable, as resources and bookings will have been allocated.

Customized Services

Due to the tailored nature of our offerings, custom event planning and production services are non-refundable once initiated.

Products (if applicable)

If you offer event-related merchandise:

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused and in original condition.

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Refund Process

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
