  • All services will be confirmed via email and documented accordingly.

Digital Products / Tickets (if applicable)

  • Digital items like event tickets or confirmations are delivered via email within 24–48 hours after purchase.

  • If you do not receive your confirmation, please contact us immediately.

Physical Deliveries (if applicable)

  • For any event materials or products that require shipping, deliveries are made within 3–7 business days within the UAE.

  • Delivery charges (if any) will be shown at checkout.

Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery services or factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, customs).
